Methodology

Every matter page follows the same order: a direct answer, what was alleged, what the subject said, what independent records show, what was established, whether liability was determined, what remains unresolved and the current status, with a dated timeline and numbered sources.

Response on Record

Response on Record is how we verify, label and preserve each subject's reply. A response is quoted briefly or summarised faithfully, dated, attributed to a named person or the issuing organisation, linked to the full statement where one exists, and always labelled as the subject's position. A response is never presented as an independent conclusion. If we find no public response, the page says so.

Source hierarchy

1. Court judgments, legislation, official registers and regulator records
2. Government, parliamentary and audit documents
3. Original filings and formal statements issued by the subject
4. Reputable independent reporting
5. Secondary commentary with transparent sourcing
6. Social posts, only when they are the original statement being documented

Homepage links, unattributed screenshots, copied articles and search snippets are never treated as proof of a substantive claim. Each source on a matter page is labelled with its type.

Exact legal status

We keep apart things that are often blurred: an allegation and a finding, an investigation and a charge, a charge and a conviction, a civil settlement and an admission of liability, a deferred or non-prosecution agreement and a conviction, charges withdrawn or vacated and an acquittal, a pardon or commutation and a quashed conviction, a visa restriction and a financial sanction, a contract suspension and a termination.

Editorial rules

• Every allegation is attributed to the person or body that made it.
• An absence of evidence is never presented as proof that something did not happen.
• Material context from source documents is preserved.
• Dates are shown wherever a fact can change.
• We do not publish anonymous accusations without a reviewable underlying record.
• We do not use loaded labels such as "scam", "corrupt" or "propaganda" as conclusions.
• The same standard applies to every subject.

Review states

Draft, source verification, specialist or legal review when required, response requested, ready to publish, published, under revision, archived but preserved. Only published pages appear on this site.

Structured data

Each page carries Article, BreadcrumbList and Person or Organization markup generated from the same fields as the visible page. We do not mark any disputed statement as a verified claim.

What this site cannot do

We cannot control search engines or AI systems, and publication here does not suppress or replace any search result.
